Students will explore Pilates essential exercises using rollers and balls of various sizes to further challenge the body-mind connection.
Pilates experience preferred.
Hard Core
Created to get your heart rate up while practicing the Pilates principles.
Mat Pilates exercises combined with cardio training. This class is designed in 10 different 5 minutes sessions. Pilates mat work for 3 minutes and cardio for 2 minutes, repeated throughout the class.
Pilates experience a must.
